Connected security for every gate, road, and parking bay.
GuestPass solutions extend visitor and guard management to the vehicles moving through your property. Recognise every plate at the gate, slow traffic on internal roads, and manage parking, all on one record and one dashboard.
For residential estates, gated communities, business parks, campuses, hospitals, and commercial properties.
Automatic number plate recognition at the gate, connected to every visit.
Residents and staff drive straight in. Visitors are identified, approved by their host, and released without a phone call to the gatehouse. Every vehicle movement is recorded with images, so the question "who came in, and who let them in?" always has an answer.
- Shorter queues at peak hours
- No reversing or confusion at the barrier
- A complete vehicle audit trail
Plate read, access decision, and barrier cycle recorded for every vehicle.
Read
A recognition camera reads the number plate as the vehicle approaches, before it reaches the barrier.
Decide
The gate controller checks the plate against residents, staff, contractors, and approved visitors on site.
Open
Known vehicles are released automatically. Visitors are approved by the host by SMS or in the app.
Record
Every read, decision, approval, and barrier cycle is logged with images against one vehicle record.
Engineered for the gate, not adapted to it.
Access decisions are made on site. The cloud handles records, policy, and reporting, never the moment a barrier opens.
Number plate recognition
Day and night plate reading with infrared illumination, tuned to each lane during commissioning.
Resident and staff whitelists
Register vehicles to households, tenants, or employees and control them with rules per group.
Visitor approval by SMS or app
Unknown vehicles are held for a host decision, linked to the GuestPass visitor record.
Barrier control with safety interlocks
Presence detection stays in the barrier hardware, so no software failure can close a boom on a vehicle.
Driver guidance display
An LED sign tells each driver what is happening: welcome, wait, see the guard, or use the visitor bay.
Decisions made at the gate
The edge controller keeps working without internet, with SMS approvals over its own GSM link.
Evidence for every movement
Plate crops and context images for every entry and exit, searchable by plate, host, or time.
Multi-gate, multi-site dashboard
Manage lanes, rules, and exceptions across entrances and properties from one console.
Speed cameras that link every speeding vehicle to its plate.
The fastest driving on a property usually happens after the gate, on the roads where children play and no guard is watching. Radar speed signs show each driver their own speed, and a camera reads the plate of every vehicle over the limit, so management knows exactly who is speeding, not just that someone is.
Explore Speed ManagementPlate-linked speed cameras
Every over-speed reading is matched to the number plate and saved against that vehicle in GAM.
Radar speed detection
Vehicles are measured on approach, with the trigger threshold set to your internal speed limit.
Driver feedback that works
Drivers see their own speed. Over-limit readings flash with a SLOW DOWN message.
Per-vehicle speed reports
Repeat offenders by plate and household, traffic counts, and 85th-percentile speeds for management.
Solar speed signs
Signs run on solar power with no trenching or cabling, and can be moved as problem roads change.
Managed with the rest of the site
Speed events sit next to gate, visitor, and guard activity, so follow-up happens in one place.
Parking management with overhead cameras and payment.
ParkSpace watches parking bays from above and knows which spaces are free. Combined with GAM, the plate read at the entrance starts the stay, the bay camera tracks it, and the exit read closes it with payment, so parking runs as one system from arrival to departure.
Overhead bay detection
Ceiling or pole-mounted cameras watch many bays at once and report each one as free or occupied.
Live availability
Show free spaces per level or zone on entrance signs, in the app, and on the dashboard.
Stay duration from the gate
GAM reads the plate on entry and exit, so every stay has an exact start and end time.
Payment and tariffs
Time-based tariffs, resident exemptions, and payment before the exit barrier releases.
Every solution shares the same record.
The number plate links a vehicle to its owner, host, visit, and parking stay. The gate, the guards, and management all see the same history.
Designed around your site, then proven on it.
Site survey
We walk the entrance, roads, and power, and photograph every mounting point before anything is specified.
Engineering design
Camera geometry, barrier positions, detection, lighting, and network are designed and documented for your site.
Install and commission
Every lane is tested with real vehicles, day and night, against a written acceptance checklist.
Handover and support
Guards and management are trained, whitelists are loaded, and the system is monitored after go-live.
Before you plan your site.
Does GAM replace the guard?
No. It removes routine work from the guard. Known vehicles pass automatically, while the guard handles visitors, exceptions, and anything the system flags.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Access decisions are made by the controller at the gate, so residents and staff keep entering. Visitor approvals continue by SMS over a GSM link.
What happens during a power failure?
The gate equipment runs from a UPS. If power is lost for longer, barriers can be raised manually and the guard continues with the GuestPass app.
Can it work with our existing barriers or cameras?
Often, yes. The site survey confirms whether existing barriers and cameras meet the requirements, or what needs to be added.
Does it work with GuestPass visitor management?
Yes. GAM uses the same visitor, host, and approval records, so a visitor who arrives by car has one record from gate to exit.
How are speeding vehicles identified?
Each speed camera reads the number plate alongside the radar reading, so every over-speed event is tied to a specific vehicle and its owner in GAM, not just counted.
Does ParkSpace work on its own or with GAM?
Both. ParkSpace tracks bay occupancy on its own, and when paired with GAM the entry and exit plate reads give every stay an exact duration for billing.
